Carolina Exterminating is a family-owned company looking to hire quick-learning, hard-working pest control technicians in Charleston, SC. Our ideal candidate must be able to professionally represent our business while maintaining our excellent service standards. We are looking for an income driven individual in the Charleston area to take on and grow an existing customer base.

No experience is necessary! We will train the right person! Requirements are verifiable work history, valid driver’s license and clean driving record, clean background check, and a positive attitude.
This position is Monday- Friday, and company vehicles and equipment are provided. Must live within 20 miles of West Ashley. Training is paid.
Duties:
- You must be able to lift and carry at least 60 lbs, be able to use power tools, be able to enter and exit structures and crawl spaces, ascend and descend ladders and stairwells, and climb over and under structures under a variety of environmental conditions, including seasonal weather, damp and dusty conditions.
- Drive company vehicles to client sites where you must identify the customer's insect and rodent problems, determine corrective steps required, and be able to discuss procedures, sanitation and structural corrections with our customers while providing pest prevention services in a professional, safe, and cordial manner. Attention to detail is a must.
- Responsible for filling out paperwork for proper record keeping. Responsible for reading all MSDS and labels for products our company applies.
- You will be responsible for the timely completion of all customer and administrative reports.
- Complete initial and technical training and participate in regular update training to stay current with proven practices and methods.
- Write legibly, read and comprehend pesticide labels and all training materials. And able to work cooperatively with customers and fellow
Qualifications and Skills:
- Clean background check
- Clean driving record

- Pass a written evaluation
- Highschool diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver's license required
